Complaints

1. All goods are covered by the seller's 24-month liability for the compliance of the goods with the contract under the terms of the Civil Code and other relevant laws.

2. Complaints about the goods may occur due to the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.

3. If the product you ordered does not comply with the contract of sale, follow the steps below:

  • fill in the Complaint Form,
  • send the Complaint Form along with the advertised product / products to the following address: MAGNIFIC BOUTIQUE, al. Zwycięstwa 245/2, 81-525 Gdynia

4. If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be sent back to the customer at the expense of MAGNIFIC BOUTIQUE. In the event of damage to the goods by the customer, the cost of shipping is covered by the customer.

5. Any shipments sent at the expense of MAGNIFIC BOUTIQUE will not be accepted, unless other written arrangements have been made beforehand.

 

Returns

1. If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. Follow the instructions below:

  • fill in the Return Form,
  • send the Return Form along with the returned product / s to the following address: MAGNIFIC BOUTIQUE, al. Zwycięstwa 245/2, 81-525 Gdynia

3. Any shipments sent at the expense of MAGNIFIC BOUTIQUE will not be accepted, unless other written arrangements have been made beforehand.

4. The goods should be sent back within 14 days in the condition in which they were purchased and should have a set of labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. The refund of the amount paid takes place immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Assortment by the online store magnificboutique.pl. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Customer in the completed Return Form. In the event of a refund, points accrued under the Loyalty Program for this Order will be deducted.

7. Please note that we may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods back or until the customer provides proof of return of the goods.

 

Exchange

1. If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. Follow the instructions below:

  • fill in the Exchange Form,
  • send the Exchange Form along with the replaced product / s to the following address: MAGNIFIC BOUTIQUE, al. Zwycięstwa 245/2, 81-525 Gdynia

3. The exchange takes place within 14 working days (depending on the availability of the selected product).

4. Any shipments sent at the expense of MAGNIFIC BOUTIQUE will not be accepted, unless other written arrangements have been made beforehand.
